Bellagurlzs is an organization created to empower girls to take control of their health and promotes independence to make smart choices when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. The three essential values to Bellagurlzs is to Educate, Inspire, & Connect.

Knowledge is power and is one of the only few things that cannot be taken away from someone. This is why educating young girls is so important because it gives them the ability to make conscious decisons.

Through workshops, podcasts, and blogs we hope to instill self-discipline by teaching "grit" and ambition. We hope to inspire girls to become better versions of themselves after becoming apart of the Bellagurlzs community.

With technology evolving every day, we hope to connect girls to one another through mentorships, friendships, and to greater opportunities.
